From discussion at Housing Hack Night:
City council item on April 4 (http://sacramento.granicus.com/GeneratedAgendaViewer.php?view_id=22&clip_id=3968) - checking whether city is meeting its RHNA (Regional Housing Needs Assessment) goals. RHNA measures whether city has adequately planned. Want to measure number of units built at each level of affordability. - City has its own
Should Mayor set some KPIs to hit beyond the RHNA requirements?
What percentage of units are regulated affordable units? There is a list of SHRA/TCAC regulated units in the SacSOS repo. Could compare that to total units.

If data exist with respect to building units at different levels of affordability, create a progress tracker that shows the increase in units over time. Perhaps aligned with the Downtown Housing Initiative.
