Add LandingSection and HeaderUnderline component #98

Add reusable components for the landing section of the Pitch and Get Started page.

I was careful to only affect the landing section Pitch and Get Started. I want to merge these changes before applying the changes more broadly to reduce the number of pages we have to check for breaking changes.

You will need to resolve conflicts before you can merge, but the changes you made look good to me.
