I added some instructions for installing sqlite-utils on all platforms. Feel free to clean it up and structure it differently. It's getting kind of long, so perhaps we just link to the two install instruction pages.

Nice, I think it's good for now tbh but next time we onboard a new person to the project we should test these instructions and make sure they're comprehensive.
