Add an endpoint to the webapp that takes a one-region image and outputs a visual representation of the vertex mesh

[ ] Take image and make it into a region
[ ] Generate the mesh from this region
[ ] Send back a visual representation of the image
- This can be the same image that the vertex mesh unit tests generate, or something new?
