Provide insights about bulk email engagement #495

Providing simple statistics - such as email opens and clicks - can be super helpful when tracking the performance of the emails we send. This should be easy if we:

Include campaign IDs in our emails (requires moving from SMTP to Sparkpost's API, #393)
Cache email events from Sparkpost (since Sparkpost doesn't keep events, #494)
