feat: Sign In and Register pages #865

  1. I tried my hand at vertically centering the cards.
  2. I agree. I think a register button under the sign-in button on the sign-in page would look fine, but I'm not sure if it would look too cluttered on the register page. Maybe something like what appears on the top-right of the manage page?
