Newsticker on the buttom of the page #15

There shall be a simple new ticker directly under the footer. In the first instance there shall be the date of the upcomming Hoffart gig including entry time etc .. that's it .. in future it can provide other infos as well. Actually we could implement it straight static. In future it may show latest twitter or whatever feed we could easily change without committing changes to the page source. Would be nice to change the tickers text by simple using our mobiles (tbd).

Do you have any recommendations (maybe node modules you know) for such a dynamic ticker?

Commit a777749 solves this in a first instance. I think this is an outdated way of creating a new sticker but for now it provides some static news text which is a workaround till something more dynamic will be integrated. So issue shall still say opened!

Please remove the milestone from this issue if you're confirm with this workaround .. tbd
