Can we do it using tailwind css #1

I want to request for a tutorial for the same with tailwind css if it's possible

With the help of tailwind css I only know how to make typewriter or textanimation. I cannot make this text animation in tailwind

Oh okay, I will be glad if you will release any tutorial for text animation in tailwind
