Add improvements to import/export services process

Fixes:

• ignore YAML tags for certain Service related attributes We need this because otherwise, exporting Services shows an ugly output like this:

    This fixes this problem by adding `-` YAML tags to the unnecessary attributes, so they don't get including in the marshaling process.

• only allow general type services to create container ports. This fixes a potential issue if a user defines servicePorts in their yaml file for import but the service type is actually a one-shot.
