Video needs replacement #22

Video is shakey and unspecific - ideas?

Might I suggest doing something like http://www.csulb.edu/ , in the way that the video tells a story and fades between scenes?

I do like how you applied a little semi transparent filter so the text is readable.

But might I suggest simply expanding the video, as I love the shakey car video.

But how about we tell a story?

use the cart video as representing going to code and coffe

then we could film someone entering an elevator

followed by meeting the group,

and lastly coding on their laptops

And of course, all shot in the first person :)

this video capture almost everything abpout long beach https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dnv1CL0DtVc but we may need permission to use it

Looking for action... feel free to open a branch and propose something. I'm not convinced the "thisislb" video is appropriate (even if we got permission) as it doesn't really say anything about what this group is. But willing to be persuaded otherwise.

Also, no assumption that we even need a video. I'm not a huge fan of video on homepages. I opened this issue for @torch2424 as he brought this up in person.

Happy to see alternate designs that don't use video, or a replacement video.

@rogerhoward that second video is beautiful hahahahaha

@torch2424 please note, one of the reasons to replace this video is practical - it's currently hosted by @avocadojesus in a personal S3 bucket, so it could accidentally disappear at any time!

Video link is now officially broken - removing it from the homepage now.
