Such as colors, animate.css, and possibly some Angular Material (https://material.angularjs.org/latest/)

Was thinking of using a coffee color scheme, possibly using this: http://pokepalettes.com/#eevee

but decided to use the http://www.codeandcoffeelb.org/ colors, simply for uniformity

@rogerhoward @karimamer @davidnuon Could I get some of your input on Angular Material vs. Milligram for our styling?

In #3 I have added angular material, but I don't know how you all feel about material design
