Nice to have features

[ ] Create a UI for editing exercises on Firebase. Current version only supports editing JSON.
[ ] Current version supports adding a new concept. It would be nice to support edit/delete concepts feature too.
[ ] Outputs JSON and the author must copy-paste the content to the specified file. Possibly want to move concept data to Firebase as well.
[ ] Current concept network visualization is pretty minimal. Would be nice to make it more interactive

Questions can now be edited directly on the build exercise UI. The user can edit individual questions, scroll through all the questions and follow-ups within an exercise, and delete questions. These updates are made on branch enhancement104/authoring-tool.

Still working on:

Allowing users to add new questions (currently can only edit existing ones)
Adapting this feature to work for table questions (currently only works for stand alone)
Allow changes to an exercise concepts (this will work but will not place the question in the appropriate concept on the database)
Make questions reorder appropriately if the difficulty field has been changes

The authoring tool now supports adding new questions and follow-ups when editing. This update is on branch enhancement104/author-tool.

[ ] Reorder exercises by difficulty if difficulty is edited
[ ] Allow users to add or remove concepts from an exercise
[ ] Fix bug: Program crashes when a follow-up question is updated

Improvements to authoring tool:

[ ] define ID (and verify ID is unique)
[ ] change guess, slip parameters
[ ] add or remove questions

Seeing and editing parameters

[ ] see and edit parameters for all concepts (initial, transfer) and all exercises (slip, guess). Similar to exercise info gdoc

another feature to add to the wishlist:

[ ] checking to ensure "correct" answer code is error-free (or at least runs)
