New idea:

Change recommendation explanations so they are based on instructions read (for given concept), concept knowledge, and (avg) dependency knowledge.

Up to 4 (can change that number) recommendations now come from 2 sources: union(top 2 overall, top 2 from target, child, parent)

[x] koconut api: union(top 2, top 2 recommendations come from specific relationship (up to 1 each from target, parent, children))
[x] recommendations explanation no longer dependent on diff and metric D
[x] pass in data on instruction read
[x] create functionality to determine type of response
- [x] define thresholds for minNumInstructionRead (1), knowledgeThreshold (0.5?)
[x] add in recommendation text
[x] review recommendation behavior

need to change wording so it is interpretable, succinct e.g. "you've read about this, but you haven't practiced"

tested with E1 and appears to work alright. 1 issue: no guarantee for diversity of goals. Can still have condition where all 4 exercises are "challenges"

other issues:

if learner tries exercise and gets wrong, same as not trying
recommendation does not change when exercise completed (so "haven't read yet" part of recommendation becomes out-dated until submit pressed)
