getPackageAsFolder does not work for subpackages #100

One would expect that getPackageAsFolder extracts a package and all its sub 
packages and maintains the directory structure. It currently extracts 
everything, but does not maintain the structure - all ends up in one folder.

Fixed. Change is a bit incompatible though: the parameter is a base location 
now and should not contain any wildcards. The MeCabAnnotator has been adapted 
accordingly. So far this has not been used anywhere else.
