Constituent type is missing "head" information #117

Constituent parsers often include a head-finder component which determines the
head of a constituent. The head is the word(s) that could alone take the place
of the constituent. E.g. in the phrase "nice big lolly", the head is "lolly".

There should be some way to indicate the head in a DKPro constituent. It
appears, that the head is usually represented as a token index within the
sentence, so we might make the head a feature of type Token.
