DKPro Core 1.4.0 the property "tagger.tagset" to indicate the tagset for a 
POS-tagger model. It is more sensible to  use "pos.tagset", because it is a 
"part-of-speech" tagset and not a "tagger" tagset.

This is an incompatible change. DKPro Core 1.5.0 models will have higher 
meta-data level, e.g. ".1" (can be seen in the model version).

Updated all but TreeTagger which has been moved to a separate issue (issue 228).
