[TextWriter] Ability to change extension name #54

Currently all files produced by TextWriter have the ".txt" extension name. It 
would be great to be able to customize it, as some programs require a specific 
extension name.

Added PARAM_FILENAME_SUFFIX for customizing the suffix in rev 592. By having a 
default value .txt, TextWriter behaves the same as before if this parameter is 
left out.
