[io.tei] TEIReader - currently no tagset mappings to dkpro types #58

The latest version of the TEIReader does not include the mapping of POS-tags to 
dkpro POS types (as in earlier versions: 
http://code.google.com/p/dkpro-core-asl/source/detail?r=584).

We may want to reintroduce these mappings to the TEIReader.
