[io.imscwb] Support writing coarse-grained tags #73

Currently the IMS CWB writer only writes the original POS tags to the "pos" 
field. It would be good to (optionally) also write the coarse grained to a 
"cpos" field. In that way a certain abstraction level for corpus queries across 
corpora can be provided.
