[io.jwpl] reconfigure() does not reset ids in WikipediaStandardReaderBase and WikipediaRevisionReaderBase #90

The id-set and title-set used for reading predefined lists of pages or 
revisions are not reset in initialize() - thus, the set is also not cleared 
when calling reconfigure()
