Highlight selection doesn't renderer properly when an UpdateDateableXYDataset changes #30

Highlight a section of the chart that's sure to be scrolled off when the
dataset gets appended. The highlight thinks it has been scrolled off the
screen, but it doesn't clear it's layer, so it remains overlayed on the chart.
