Incorrect playback when viewing replay via auto_menu #371

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Launch the attached replay via auto_menu. Compare to launching it manually. The 
issue occurs even if an AI is not loaded.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When launched via auto_menu, a bunch of units incorrectly appear at the 
12-o'clock location. When launched by manually navigating the menus, the replay 
plays back correctly. I have watched other replays via auto_menu that do not 
exhibit this issue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

rev 3586, Windows XP 32-bit

Note that this replay exhibits the chat-during-pause crash, so you need to use 
the RepFix Chaoslauncher tool if you want to watch all the way through. The 
topic issue occurs with or without RepFix.
