Discuss when to start in-person workshops #108

We held our first in-person Workshop on 24/02/2022, we will try to organize more in the future months. If we can find companies to host it would be great to have an in-person Workshop once a month.

in Trello Board @David will change the last Workshop in every month to be in-person so we can work on finding the hosts.

@amaliacardenas will email all our contacts for in-person workshops, offer the option of renting a place and giving food/drinks

@saljuama is already talking to Monica at thoughtworks about doing an in person workshop on may 19th. @amaliacardenas sent some emails and Stefi said her company is in so Amalia will message her about hosting one in June.

This issue can be closed since in-person workshops have started. We agreed that we will have 2 in-person workshops, followed by 1 virtual. Amalia created cards on the Trello board and added the dates to the calendar.

We will take August off and start having workshops on September 15 .
