Extrapolating from there, at what point does blocking become the next action?
As discussed in the chapter org meeting, if you want personally follow up with someone who hasn't replied then you're more than welcome. But the email does state if they do not reply then we can suspend their account. By pressing the ban button you then get the option to ban them for a period of time.
We did discuss that the word Ban on that button is a little scary so maybe we should change that. I will raise this with the org team tomorrow evening.
Added a Trello task to update the word Ban to Suspend
What should we do if an attendee has already been sent the eligibility email and has not responded/there is no note on their account?
Should we re-send the email?
This is potentially a blind spot in our system but, we should (hopefully) be able to trust attendees to act in accordance with our guidelines, and may just be something to watch out for if we suspect the loophole is being exploited in future.
