This PR rewords the part that recommends the use of a specific Ruby manager since that may come out as a bit aggressive, given that different devs may be already using different managers without that affecting the way this project is installed or used. I kept that part in the README, but moved it out of the Getting started section, indicating that its use is optional.
The Getting started section was reworded as well, as it seemed to suggest the need to install Node in order to run Jekyll which may be a bit misleading.
