Fixed padding for content id so it isn't hidden by header. #378

The content was hidden by the header when scrolling, I don't thing 160px is enough so increased to 250px.

Please discard if you're unable to reproduce, but confused me and my student.

I might be doing this wrong but I'm not able to reproduce this. I use the example page and it loaded like this for me:

Adding the padding from this this PR to #content resulted in this:

Hi @kiraarghy - I've look at this on Mac with Chrome and Firefox, and on a PC with Chrome and IE and can't see the issue. Are you still seeing this issue? If so what was the browser/OS combo? I've got access to a suite of them here so could retry if I have your combo.
