Add 'mv' command to command line intro tutorial #407

(I'm a coach in Glasgow 👋 ) The mv command is quite a common one I use in my dev life so I thought it would be great to add to the command line tutorial. Tried to follow along with the narrative and style of the rest of the tutorial but if there's any bug bears let me know!
