@michaelglass if you're looking for a solution, I started my own repo since PRs weren't getting through, https://github.com/westonplatter/railsy_backbone.

I'm working on a query-rails-3 solution also.

@michaelglass I've got a working and updated jquery-rails/backbone/underscore version up and running. https://github.com/westonplatter/railsy_backbone. happy to work PRs through the system.
