Of course a list of commits from 3.1.0 to 3.2.0 is desirous, but in my opinion it is better to have a branch to work with than nothing at all. It would help this project substantially if the developers would update Github with new releases. Short of individually adding all the commits from 3.1.0 to 3.2.0 you could at least merge this pull request to keep the momentum going.
