Where do you usually start on stuff like this? In this case we don't have users yet, so do we toss some stuff up on a board to see what people like, or more just pick a css framework for some basic styles? If so I think some of our brilliant minds on Slack can help

I have some ideas, but not married to any of them. Was going to try to whip out some concepts in codepen to prototype.
