add resource view helper #64

Hoping this will help with slack-md preview purposes. Still a WIP, but for individual resource templates, should ease checking the correct media-icon, and any bold/italic formatting.

OK, done with the views for now. Once you spin up your local server, going to xx.localtunnel.me/resources will show all the current resources, grouped by language and level. Clicking on one of them will take you to the edit page, where you can preview the current formatting. Clicking on "Submit changes" will resave the yml file. New files/folders still need to be created manually, but all that is needed is to put an empty file in the right place

@stain88 - looks like there's just a merge conflict on this branch. Feel free to rebase, and if it clears out, feel free to merge it in. 👍
