We need designs for a codebuddies.org/projects page and the view for a single project page

[Discussion] Goals for the /projects page:

Search for projects
Filter projects by: tech, whether it's looking for contributors, and date last updated

Goals for the single project page:

Join a project (you are in the members' list for the project, can sign up to receive email notifications about it, and can organize hangouts around it)
Ask questions and chat about a project
See announcements about a project
