Adding Auto-Responder Functionality #23

Added a basic setting to the admin page allowing for auto-response to the authors email address notifying them of successful or unsuccessful post.

I like having the checkbox though, I think I'll add a link to the plugin in the README for folks who might want more customization. I want to test and make sure they play nicely together.
