codemaid.net redirects to the VS Marketplace and linked images are broken #1038

Description

As of Feb 10, 2024 codemaid.net is down and/or redirecting to the VS Marketplace page for the extension.

This also means many links and images in the README.md are unavailable / broken.

As I mentioned in the other issue, maybe it can be hosted directly from github?
