Thanks for asking the question. There's actually multiple different Microsoft coding conventions over the years, and a fair amount of "soft" conventions from some of their public code bases that deviate from more official standards.. so that's kind of a hard question to definitively answer because there isn't one single source of conventions to use as a basis.
That being said, yes as much as possible we try to setup our defaults to line up with the most common coding conventions.
