Provide PHP 7.4 builds for Alpine 3.12 #112

Hi,

In the link for Alpine 3.12 with PHP 7.4, the link is pointing to Alpine 3.11.

Hi, @hernandev in addition to that, the link https://dl.bintray.com/php-alpine/v3.12/php-7.4 doesn't work

I tried to build from 3.12 this morning and it fail:

Step 4/17 : RUN echo "@php https://dl.bintray.com/php-alpine/v3.12/php-7.4" >> /etc/apk/repositories
...
fetch https://dl.bintray.com/php-alpine/v3.12/php-7.4/x86_64/APKINDEX.tar.gz
ERROR: https://dl.bintray.com/php-alpine/v3.12/php-7.4: No such file or directory
WARNING: Ignoring APKINDEX.d7f1e230.tar.gz: No such file or directory

PHP 7.4 is not yet available on 3.12, but will be in the next 48 hours. Support for 3.12 was added while playing with PHP 8.0.
