Reverts codecasts/php-alpine#156

@tobias-trozowski I reverted and then added ffi alone to try building it with --with-ffi=shared, lets see if it builds / gets working

@tobias-trozowski php8-ffi-8.1.0-r1.apk was built successfully, except for alpine 3.15 which is currently on it's way of being supported, should be in a few minutes/hours

but already available on 3.14, 3.13 and 3.12
