The domain php.codecasts.rocks return a timeout connection errors, is that only me?

I'm facing the same problem.

ERROR: Service 'web' failed to build: ADD failed: failed to GET https://php.codecasts.rocks/php-alpine.rsa.pub with status 522

Fixed, new server spawned, give it about 5 to 10 minutes while rsync finished uploading files.

I'll provide details of the problem later when back on computer. Again mirroring should be now top 1 priority.

Hosting requirements are low, packages don't take much disk space and bandwidth is 90% of time served by @cloudflare 's cache.

Since it's just static content, let's look for places to mirror this.
