Repositories are down #78

Hi,

the repositories are down again, so we are unable to build any containers for PHP 7.3.

Can you please check out what's going on and fix it? Also please please monitor it, so it won't go down again :cry:

Hey everyone!

Repository URL was moved to bintray on mid february, the old URL is deprecated, please update your build scripts to reflect that change.

all url's are correct on the README file since then.

I'm gonna check it all right now to ensure it's all working but should not have any problems if you're using the updated URL.

This notice was pinned on the issued so people would at least see it when opening an issue, but I guess some of you guys missed it :)
