@limingxinleo I see you build PHP 7.4 for Alpine 3.9, can you please also build it for Alpine 3.10?

Tested the Alpine 3.10 version and works perfectly, including with php-fpm, php-json, php-phar, php-iconv, php-openssl, php-curl, php-gd, php-opcache, php-exif, php-zip, php-redis, php-zlib, php-dom, php-mbstring, php-xml, php-pdo, php-mysqlnd, php-mysqli, php-pdo_mysql, php-apcu, and php-bcmath.
