Upgrade to php 7.4.1 #87

I have noticed php7.4 image is running on php version - 7.4.0alpha1. Can anyone please help me to upgrade to php7.4.1. Thanks.

Talking about new versions... ;) Is there a roadmap for PHP 7.4(.1) with alpine 3.11 (which is :latest now) @hernandev ?
