Divider between chats between different servers #74

Feature request: save the chat history when switching between servers. (to view old conversations in the 'c' window) Maybe show a divider with info of the server switch.

No need to save after game is closed.

This option exists: "Clear chat when switching server". A divider could be nice though, so I'll leave this issue open.
