Dear @r00k,

This creates an index page for all our amazing trips and moves clojure-rica to a subdirectory. I hope we can fill this up with some awesome stuff. :sparkles:

When this lands:

• The index page will live at codecation.github.io
• Clojure-rica will live at codecation.github.io/2014-02-clojure-rica

I noticed this morning that our old url (clojure-rica.github.io) is 404ing anyway. We don't need to worry about breaking links.

Is it odd that we have that target directory full of generated files? I seem to recall that directory usually being ignored in clj projects...

@r00k Good catch! I forgot to move the .gitignore to the subdirectory as well.
