A stacktrace alone isn't enough to track down an issue. At best you provide a sample project reproducing the issue, at least you should provide following information:

sba 1.5.x needs boot 1.5.x

I am trying to use spring admin, i have solrj dependency in pom.xml in the client application,
I got that exception: server refused connection at: 127.0.0.1:8983/solr. and the status of my app is down, even I am not working on that core and I set my core in a property file and my application is working well. can you help ?

@bbnsdevelop for spring boot 2.0.x you must use spring boot admin 2.0.x

Using Undertow Spring WebFlux

@ameyg7 I guess this problem only occurs with undertow. Pleas update to the latest and greatest of Spring Boot and SBA and if the problem still occurs please open an new issue.
