How admin2.0 looks at Turbine's data

The SBA 2.0 currently doesn't include Hystrix or Turbine support.

as Turbine uses the same dashboard as Hystrix this is a duplicate of https://github.com/codecentric/spring-boot-admin/issues/657#issuecomment-396177252
