As a new WebClip user without Solid know how I want to understand what credentials to use for log in or how to create an account So that I can log in and use WebClip successfully

As a Solid user who discovered WebClip I want to understand and change the pod provider that is used on login before I log in So that I can authenticate with my existing WebID

Tasks:

[x] indicate my pod provider when logging in
[x] add button to open options page on first use
[x] add link to options page to change before log in
