As a user who switched to a different pod on the options page I want to re-login with the new pod before clipping so that my clip gets stored to the correct pod

As the owner of multiple pods at the same provider I want to see which pod I am connected to, when clipping page data so that I do not clip to the wrong pod by accident

WebClip now shows the WebID when hovering over the user's name. Additionally a click on the gear icon leads to the options page showing the exact storage location.

When disconnecting and reconnecting another pod, the user is logged out.
