Automatically toot about new checks #45

We have https://fediscience.org/@codecheck so we can use it.

https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/rtweet/index.html should have the required features.

  1. Implement landing page so we have something to link to, see #37
  2. detect if a check is "new" (maybe with looking at latest commit? maybe by looking at tweet history?)
  3. compile the tweet, structure with emojis
    • link to landing page
    • GIF of certificate pages
    • link to paper
    • link to certificate
  4. Have a data structure (YAML, JSON) of accounts and hashtags for the venues (e.g., GigaByte/-Science) and @-mention them or use the appropriate hash tags
  5. Can we identify the authors somehow? Do a search via the ORCID
