Provide different citations for certificate on the landing page #82

Offer ready-to-use citations for the certificates on the certificate landing page (see #37) in different output formats.

Base on https://citation.js.org/ Theoretically, we just need to put in the DOI and have a dropdown to select the output format (AuthorYear, BibTex, APA, ...).
