Change "Beginner's First" section to "Inclusive" #3

I have a hard time understanding what the Beginners First section is about - I -think- the aim is to be welcoming, but as-written it's weirdly insulting to GraphQL afficionados, and also makes it sound like CodeCleveland is only for beginners.

Totally. This document as it stands is a mish-mash of conversations I've had with multiple people and I've been mostly organizing thoughts into appropriate sections, but by no means should it be considered complete or validated.

By the way, I'm a huge GraphQL fan and was insulting myself :) Thanks for your PR 👍
